We're taking TEFL to the next level

It's crazy, right? Bananas really.

We take a 4-week TEFL/TESOL course jam-packed with teaching methodology, classroom management and grammatical structures we didn't even know we'd forgotten....

And then poof! We're experts.

After a brief certificate ceremony and a few rounds of congratulatory beers, we're launched to the world of language instruction professionals.

Our new students look at us with trusting eyes, like we're Indiana Jones, leading them on an expedition through the wilds of the English language (and like we know where the heck we're going).

After the first lesson, eager students ask, "what level am I? What do I need to improve? Why do we use past simple to speak about the hypothetical future in a 2nd Conditional?"

Uh.....help? It can be daunting.

But here's the secret: You are not alone.

We have all gone through this trial by fire—and made it out alive, and better for it! (If I could show you the absolute donkey I made of myself in the first year, you would feel a lot better.)

That's why we need to stick together. It's also why this autumn, I'm going to be hosting free online workshops to help take your TEFL to the next level.

SIGN UP FOR THIS MONTH'S WORKSHOP:

"6 Lesson Planning Hacks of Profitable ESL Teachers"

But first, I need to hear from you. Imagine I'm your TEFL fairy godmother. How can I help you make this school year better? Want to earn more money by teaching online? Learn how to lesson plan faster and more effectively? Get those dastardly wipe-off marker stains out of your favorite shirt?

I'd love for you to fill out this questionnaire so our content can cover your needs. (And submit your email address if you'd like to be notified of live workshop dates.)

Have a question you don't see in the survey? Email me at Jennifer@VuLingo.com and I'll do my best to answer it.

Enjoy the rest of your summer, and get ready to take on the new school year together.

It'll only take 5 minutes...thanks!
